At Dermamart, we understand how essential it is for medical professionals to receive accurate, high-quality products on time. While we stand behind the products we offer, we also believe in fair return and replacement practices to ensure your experience remains stress-free and professional.


📦 Return Window & Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and product tags must be intact

  • The product should match the one originally ordered

  • No signs of use, tampering, or external damage should be present

Once we receive the item, our Quality Inspection Team will verify its condition before approving the refund or replacement.


🔍 How to Request a Return

You can raise a return request through your Dermamart account dashboard or by contacting our support team. In order to assist you quickly:

  • Attach clear images or a short video showing the issue

  • Mention the order number and item name

  • Submit within the 10-day window from delivery

Requests without proper visual evidence or those submitted late may be declined.


🔧 Product Issues? We’re Here to Help

Before initiating a return, our technical team may offer troubleshooting support via call or video, especially for devices or instruments.

If local repair is quicker, and you're willing to get a professional to assess it, we may reimburse the technician fee with prior approval.

If the issue remains unresolved, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup.


🚚 Damaged Packages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer box is damaged or unsealed, we recommend not accepting the delivery and notifying us immediately.

If the wrong item was sent, or components are missing, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Issues reported after that timeframe may not qualify for return or support.


🔁 Replacement or Refund?

We prioritize replacing your item if the issue qualifies and stock is available.
If a replacement is not feasible, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

Processing time for inspection and approval is typically 3–7 working days after the returned product reaches us.


💸 Return Shipping Charges

Return logistics are free for approved issues. However, the following charges may apply in specific cases:

  • ₹95 charge if your return reduces your order value below ₹2,500

  • ₹95 charge for complete returns of orders under ₹2,500

  • If an unauthorized product is sent back, the customer bears the full cost of return logistics


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene standards, clinical safety, and manufacturer policies, the following cannot be returned:

⚠️ Personal Use Items

  • Dermal rollers, microneedles, skin applicators, diagnostic probes, and consumables directly used on skin

⚠️ Consumables & Short Shelf Life Items

  • Topicals, gels, chemical peels, creams, prefilled syringes, sanitizers, or any item marked as “short expiry”

⚠️ Capital Equipment & Devices

  • Lasers, RF machines, skin scanners, autoclaves, UV cabinets, surgical chairs, magnifiers, ultrasonic devices, and implant tools

⚠️ Low-Value, Single-Unit Orders

  • Products under ₹250, when ordered as a single unit

If you receive a defective or damaged item from these non-returnable categories, report it within 48 hours and we will guide you through possible replacements or service support.


🛡️ Warranty Support

Many high-value products come with a manufacturer warranty. Here's what you need to know:

  • Physical or accidental damage is not covered

  • Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer/importer's policy

  • We’ll help you initiate the claim, but service/replacement is handled directly by the brand or its service center

  • Check product-specific warranty terms on the product page
